Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using YuE AI (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services, whichever is higher. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

3. What you submit

You keep ownership of the lyrics, titles and descriptions you write. By submitting them you give us permission to process and store them for the purpose of producing your track and running the Service.

You confirm that what you submit is yours to use, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. What you must not do

• Submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights
• Submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors
• Impersonate a real person, including recreating an identifiable performer's voice
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service itself
• Use automated means to place requests, bypass limits, or overload the system
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

5. The tracks you generate

Output is produced automatically and is not reviewed before you receive it. It may resemble existing music, and similar inputs may produce similar results for different users. We make no promise that any track is original or that you may use it for any particular purpose. You are responsible for checking that your intended use is lawful in your country.

6. Free accounts

Free accounts have a daily limit and audio files are removed after 24 hours. Download what you want to keep. The entry stays visible in your library but the audio cannot be recovered once removed.

7. Paid plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Monthly allowances do not roll over and reset at each renewal. If a payment fails we may suspend the plan until it is settled.

We may change prices or what a plan includes. If we do, we will tell you by email beforehand and the change will apply from your next renewal.

8. Availability

The Service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of faults, and generation times may vary with demand. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.

Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may close accounts that breach these terms or that have been inactive for a long time, after giving notice where reasonable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will let you know, and continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
